Kids have moxie just like their parents. Potty trained 3–10 year-olds get 30 minutes of creative physical play and 30 minutes of inspiring mindful play.
mXe MAJOR is focused on offering 9-13 year olds ways to release stress through mindful movement, meditation, and breathing practices. Tweens will learn how to relax, see and observe thoughts, and how to respond wisely to things rather than reacting blindly. We will use yoga as resiliency training so that they can use the skills they learn on the mat to lead healthy and fulfilling lives off the mat. Please bring a yoga mat, journal, pen, water, and wear comfy clothes!
FIGHT CLUB (kickboxing)
First rule of Fight Club: everyone talks about Fight Club. Punches, kicks, drills, and body weight strength challenges will make you sweat like you’re in the ring and your opponent is the best version of you.
underground FIGHT CLUB
After a 30-minute (pre-requisite) private session with your trainer, you are invited to this underground boxing class. You will train like a boxer with drills and partnering work. Bring wraps, gloves, and focus. This is FIGHT CLUB.

MOJO (cardio + strength mix)
Chin up, rockstar, it’s time to unleash your mojo. With this combination of cardio and strength training, you’ll be ready for anything.
This is true HIIT—max work efforts with brief recovery periods for a total of 30 minutes. Take the next 15 minutes with a focus on core and stretching. Just how it should be.
RAVE (cardio dance)

WISE (low-impact core conditioning)
This low-impact, core-focused class is for anyone seeking to embody the mantra “if I use it, I won’t lose it”. Enjoy movement inspired by Pilates, yoga, and functional movement to preserve and enhance your everyday activities.
BODY (bodyweight cardio + strength)
Bring out your graceful bad-assery during this mixture of cardio, dynamic flexibility, and body-weight strength exercises. It's a revolutionized Flashdance with functional core movement.
This dance and Pilates inspired class incorporates strength, cardio, and flexibility using a barefoot approach. Train like an athlete and move like a dancer because the world is your stage. Please bring a mat.
