We’re training for life which means strength and mobility. This is low-impact, this is core-building, and it’s not like any class you’ve done. Grab your shoes, 3 lbs hand weights, 1.5 lbs ankle weights, and a curious attitude.

FLUX is yoga inspired by the breath and will incorporate postures to increase flexibility, strength, and endurance. Be challenged, feel restored, and find deep connection through this meditative flow.

Whatever your goals, whatever your level, these functional strength classes build lean muscle. Using bodyweight, equipment, intensity, and duration, you will look and feel STRONG.

Learn a new dance routine each class that makes you feel like you’re in a music video. All you need is to add your SWAG to the easy-to-follow dance steps.
